Biomass Briquetting is the process of converting low bulk density biomass into high density and energy concentrated fuel briquettes. Biomass Briquetting plants are of various sizes which convert biomass into solid fuels. Briquettes are ready substitutes of coal/wood in industrial boiler and brick kiln for thermal application.

Established in the year 1995, we, "Radhe Renewable Energy Development Pvt. Ltd." are the leading manufacturer and exporter of Bio-mass Briquetting Plant, Up-draft Gasification Plant, Fluidized Bed Gasifier/Furnace. Our products are used for converting agricultural and forest waste into non-conventional energy, in the form of briquettes/white coal. Currently, there are 40 plants installed throughout India, out of which 25 are JUMBO-90 plants, considered to be the flagship model of the company. Process
Our Briquetting Press consists mainly of three types:

A. JUMBO-90 Briquetting Plant
B. SUPRIM-70 Briquetting Plant
C. SUPER-60 Briquetting Plant.

In Jumbo-90 Briquetting Plant, there is no requirement of any powder making unit, raw material residuals size up to 1-25mm. size can be directly fed. Jumbo-90 press produces 90mm. dia. Briquettes & gives 3 times higher production than SUPER-60. It gives 1500 Kg./Hr. Briquettes. It can produce Briquettes directly from 20-25mm. size of raw material residuals.
